PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended floor building capable of facilitating maintenance of suspended floor.SOLUTION: Disclosed suspended floor building 1 includes: a core structure 2 extending in a vertical direction; plural suspended floors 20 to 50 each of which is suspended and supported by suspending members 10 and 11 supported by the core structure 2.
