SUSPENDED FLOOR BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended floor building capable of reducing the construction cost when renovating inside a building.SOLUTION: Disclosed suspended floor building 1 includes: a core structure 2 extending in a vertical direction; plural suspended floors 20 to 50 each of which is suspended and supported by plural suspending members 10 which are supported by the core structure 2; and an outer wall W which is independently separated from the core structure 2. According to the suspended floor building 1, since the outer wall W is independently separated from the core structure 2, the necessity for design change considering the load imposed on the outer wall W and/or reconstruction on the outer wall W can be reduced when renovating the inside of the building or changing construction schedule. Thus, the construction cost (labor required for construction etc.) can be reduced when renovating the inside of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 建築物内部の改装時などにおける施工コストを抑制することができる吊り床建築物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る吊り床建築物1、鉛直方向に延びるコア構造体2と、コア構造体2に支えられた吊材10によって吊り支持された床構造体20〜50と、コア構造体2から独立して自立する外壁Wと、を備える。この吊り床建築物1によれば、外壁Wがコア構造体2から独立して自立しているので、建築物の内部の改装や建築計画変更の際に、外壁Wの荷重を考慮した設計や外壁Wへの施工を行う必要性を少なくすることができ、建築物内部の改装時などにおける施工コスト(施工に係る労力など)を抑制することができる。【選択図】図2
