REPAIR PANEL SUPPORT AND REPAIR METHOD USING REPAIR PANEL SUPPORT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair panel support which does not cause the fracture of a concrete product caused by rust development since a metal material is not used, is light in weight as a whole, thus excellent in workability, and also excellent in rigidity by surely locking a concrete layer, and a repair method using the repair panel support.SOLUTION: A support body 3 arranged at one end side of a support rope 2 which is composed of non-rusty fiber bundles is pressure-fit and fastened to a repair wall face 51A. The other end side of the support rope 2 is made to penetrate a form panel 52 which is oppositely arranged at the repair wall face 51A, and a lock body 4 is detachably arranged at the other end side of the support rope 2 in a state of abutting on the form panel 52. A mortar filling space 9 is formed of the repair wall face 51A and the form panel 52, mortar is solidified, and a concrete layer 10 is formed. The lock body 4 is removed from the support rope 2, the form panel 52 is removed from the concrete layer 10, and a surplus portion of the support rope 2 is cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金属製材料を用いないので発錆によるコンクリート製品の爆裂も無く、全体が軽量なので作業性に優れており、コンクリート層を確実に係止して強度性にも優れている補修用パネル支持具及び補修用パネル支持具を用いる補修工法を提供する。【解決手段】非発錆性繊維束からなる支持索2の一端側に設けた支持体3を補修壁面51Aに挿嵌固着する。補修壁面51Aに対向配設する型枠パネル52に支持索2の他端側を挿通し、支持索2の他端側に型枠パネル52に当接した状態で着脱可能に係止体4を設ける。補修壁面51Aと型枠パネル52によってモルタル充填空間9を形成し、モルタルを充填固化してコンクリート層10を成形する。係止体4を支持索2から取外し、型枠パネル52をコンクリート層10から撤去し、支持索2の余丁部分は切断する。【選択図】図1
