WORK BARGE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING OFFSHORE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work barge and a method for constructing an offshore structure capable of installing, on the ocean, an upper structure comprising devices and facilities including a nacelle of a wind turbine generator on a lower structure, and performing joining and assembling works, as well as easily removing the devices and facilities, transporting them to the land, and allowing maintenance works to be simply done, when a large scale maintenance becomes necessary.SOLUTION: A work barge 40 for installing an upper structure 30 on a lower structure 20 of an offshore structure 10 and performing joining work thereof, comprises: either one of a support mechanism 41 including a fork structure 41a on which the upper structure 30 is mounted, and a hoist structure 42 for hoisting the upper structure 30; and a fall-preventive suppression mechanism for fixing the upper structure 30 to prevent falling down of the upper structure 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大型クレーン船を用いることなく、洋上で、風力発電装置のナセル等の装置及び設備を備えた上部構造物を下部構造物の上に載置して接合及び組み立てができ、また、大規模メンテナンスが必要になったときには、これらの装置及び設備を容易に取り外して陸地に運んでメンテナンス作業を簡便に行うことができる、作業台船及び洋上構造物の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】洋上構造物１０の下部構造物２０の上に上部構造物３０を載置して接合する作業を洋上にて行う作業台船４０において、前記上部構造物３０を載置するフォーク構造４１aを有する支持機構４１、又は、前記上部構造物３０を吊り下げる吊り下げ機構４２のいずれか一方と、前記上部構造物３０を固定して前記上部構造物３０の転倒を防止する転倒防止用抑え機構とを備えて構成されている。【選択図】図１
