PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank demolition method for demolishing a tank without using a large-scale facility.SOLUTION: A tank demolition method is for demolishing a tank 1 having a bottom plate 4 and a side wall 5 extending upward from the bottom plate 4, and includes: a support step for supporting a load from weight of the side wall 5 using a wedge part 8 installed between a foundation part 7 including the bottom plate 4 and the side wall 5, while the side wall 5 is separated from the bottom plate 4; and a lowering step for moving the wedge part 8 in a direction to pull out from the position between the foundation part 7 and the side wall 5 and then lowering the side wall 5. The wedge part 8 installed between the foundation part 7 and the side wall 5 supports the load from the weight of the side wall 5, and the side wall 5 is lowered by moving the wedge part 8 in the direction to pull out from the position between the foundation part 7 and the side wall 5. Therefore, the side wall 5 may be lowered while supporting the load from the weight of the side wall 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】大掛かりな装置を用いることなくタンクを解体することが可能なタンク解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】タンク解体方法は、底板４と底板４から上方に延在する側壁５とを備えるタンク１を解体するタンク解体方法であって、側壁５が底板４から切り離された状態で、底板４を含む基礎部７と側壁５との間に設置された楔部８によって、側壁５の重量による荷重を支持する支持工程と、楔部８を基礎部７と側壁５との間から抜き出す方向に移動させ、側壁５を降下させる降下工程と、を備える。基礎部７と側壁５との間に設置された楔部８によって側壁５の重量による荷重を支持し、楔部８を基礎部７と側壁５との間から抜き出す方向に移動させることで側壁５を降下させる。したがって、側壁５の重量による荷重を支持した状態で、側壁５を降下させることができる。【選択図】図３
