To provide a fusion cutting demolition method for a storage tank and fusion cutting demolition system for the storage tank which reduces the cost by conducting a storage tank demolition work efficiently even if a tank wall surface has a large thickness, and has no fire possibility and prevents noise damage.SOLUTION: A fusion cutting demolition method for a storage tank, which continuously ejects storage tank pieces of magnetic substances while fusion cutting the same, and carries and cuts them, comprises: a fusion cutting step for fusion cutting the storage tank by using an automatic gas fusion cutting device provided with first fusion cutting means and second fusion cutting means, which automatically fusion cuts the tank when traveling over a wall surface of the storage tank while being sucked by magnetic force; a carrying step for carrying the storage tank pieces to a carrying part by sucking them; a setback sucking step for setting the sucking or clamping means back to the upstream side of the storage tank pieces and sucking the storage tank pieces again; and a storage tank pieces cutting step for carrying the storage tank pieces to the carrying part and for cutting the storage tank pieces while being sucked by the sucking or clamping means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】タンク壁面の厚みが厚い場合でもタンクの解体作業を効率よく行ってコストを低減させ、火災の問題もなく、かつ騒音被害を防止したタンクの溶断解体方法及び、タンクの溶断解体システムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】磁性体のタンク片を溶断しながら連続的に排出し、積載し切断するタンクの溶断解体方法であって、前記タンクの壁面に磁力で吸着しながら走行し、前記タンクを自動で溶断する第一の溶断手段と第二の溶断手段とを備えた自動ガス溶断装置を用いて溶断する溶断工程と、前記タンク片を吸着させ、積載部に積載させる積載工程と、前記吸着又は挟持手段を前記タンク片の上流側にセットバックさせ、該タンク片を再度吸着させるセットバック吸着工程と、前記タンク片を、前記積載部に積載させ、かつ前記吸着又は挟持手段により吸着させながら、前記タンク片を切断するタンク片切断工程とを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
