DUSTPROOF COVER FOR BELT CONVEYOR, BELT CONVEYOR INCLUDING THE SAME, AND ROAD SURFACE CUTTING VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dustproof cover for a belt conveyor which is excellent in detachability workability.SOLUTION: A dustproof cover 50 is provided with: flexible cover bodies 60, 70 which cover an endless belt 38 from above; and a flexible connector 80 which holds the mounting posture of the cover bodies 60, 70. Each of the cover bodies 60, 70 has: latching holes 66, 76 which can be hooked on a convex part on a conveyor base side; insertion holes 61, 71 through which a member on the conveyor base side is inserted; slits 62, 72 which communicate from ends of the cover bodies 60, 70 to the insertion holes 61, 71; and coupling holes 67, 68, 77 which are paired and provided on both sides of the slits 62, 72. The connector 80 has: a belt-shaped body part 81; and a pair of engaging parts 82 which are provided at both ends of the body part 81, are inserted into each of the coupling holes 67, 68, 77, and fasten the cover bodies so as to prevent the slits from being opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】着脱作業性に優れたベルトコンベア用防塵カバーを提供する。【解決手段】防塵カバー５０は、無端ベルト３８を上方から覆う可撓性のカバー本体６０、７０と、カバー本体６０、７０の装着姿勢を保持する可撓性の連結具８０とを備える。各カバー本体６０、７０は、コンベア基台側の凸部に掛け止め可能な掛け止め穴６６、７６と、コンベア基台側の部材が挿通される挿通穴６１、７１と、カバー本体６０、７０の端部から挿通穴６１、７１まで連通するスリット６２、７２と、スリット６２、７２の両側に設けられた対をなす連結穴６７、６８、７７とを有する。連結具８０は、帯状の本体部８１と、本体部８１の両端に設けられ連結穴６７、６８、７７それぞれに挿入されてスリットが開かないように繋ぎ止める一対の係合部８２とを有する。【選択図】図６
