FRAME FOR CONVEYOR AND BELT CONVEYOR HAVING THE SAME
To make a conveyor section simplified and lighter by eliminating the need for a width compensation section in a frame itself in a belt conveyor with the conveyor section that can be expanded and contracted in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A belt conveyor 10 comprises a plurality of stage frames 30A-30E, which are arranged to be lifted and lowered on one side and the other side of a front-back direction X respectively, a plurality of conveyor frames 20, which are staggeredly spanned over the plurality of stage frames 30A-30E and supported at their end positions in a pivotable manner around an axis orthogonal to an expansion and contraction direction, a pair of conveyor pulleys 50, which are rotatably attached to the plurality of conveyor frames 20 and are arranged adjacent to each other so as to fold back the conveyor belt 80 at each folding position R, and a suspension support 60, which absorbs changes in the length of a conveyance path in the front-back direction X in response to the lifting and lowering of each of the stage frames 30B, 30D while supporting each of the stage frame 30B, 30D, which are aligned in the expansion and contraction direction on one side, in a suspended state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】上下方向に伸縮可能な搬送部を有するベルトコンベアにおいて、フレーム自体の幅員補正部を不要として搬送部を簡素・軽量化する。【解決手段】ベルトコンベア10は、前後方向Xの一方側および他方側それぞれに昇降可能に配置される複数のステージフレーム30A~30Eと、複数のステージフレーム30A~30Eに千鳥姿勢に架け渡され自身端部の位置にて伸縮方向に直交する軸まわりで旋回可能に支持される複数のコンベアフレーム20と、複数のコンベアフレーム20に回転自在に付設されて各折り返し位置Rでコンベアベルト80を折り返すように隣接して配置される一対の搬送プーリ50と、一方側において伸縮方向に並ぶ各ステージフレーム30B、30Dを宙吊り状態で支持するとともに各ステージフレーム30B、30Dの昇降に応じた前後方向Xでの搬送経路の長さの変化を吸収する垂下支持部60と、を備える。【選択図】図1
