EXHAUST VALVE DEVICE AND VALVE BODY INSTALLATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an exhaust valve device at a lid body without preparing a special lid body and inhibit an upper part of the exhaust valve device from protruding from an upper surface of the lid body after installation.SOLUTION: An exhaust valve device includes: a valve body unit 10 fixed to a first through hole of a lid body 50 which closes an upper opening part of a standpipe 58 connected to a drainage line; and a unit fixing member 30 for fixing the valve body unit 10 to a second through hole 53 having a diameter larger than that of the first through hole of the lid body 50. The valve body unit 10 includes: a valve body 14 which closes a ventilation passage 12 of a cylindrical body 11 and receives increased pressure from the drainage line to conduct open operation and open the ventilation passage 12; and a cover part 22 covering the upper surface side of the valve body 14. An upper surface of the cover part 22 of the valve body unit 10 when the exhaust valve device 1 is fixed to the second through hole 53 of the lid body 50 is located below an upper surface of the cover part 22 when the valve body unit 10 is fixed to the first through hole of the lid body 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】専用の蓋体を用意することなく排気弁装置を蓋体に設置し、設置後に排気弁装置の上部が蓋体の上面から突出するのを抑える。【解決手段】排水管路に繋がる立上り管５８の上方開口部を塞ぐ蓋体５０の第１貫通孔に固定される弁体ユニット１０と、蓋体５０の第１貫通孔より大径の第２貫通孔５３に弁体ユニット１０を固定するためのユニット固定部材３０と、を備えた。弁体ユニット１０は、筒状本体１１の通気路１２を閉鎖するとともに排水管路からの増加した圧力を受けて開口動作し通気路１２を開放する弁体１４と、弁体１４の上面側を覆う覆い部２２と、を備える。排気弁装置１が蓋体５０の第２貫通孔５３に固定されたときの弁体ユニット１０の覆い部２２の上面は、弁体ユニット１０が蓋体５０の第１貫通孔に固定されたときの覆い部２２の上面より下方に位置する。【選択図】図５
