VALVE BODY REMOVAL DEVICE AND VALVE BODY REMOVAL METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve body removal device which is applied to various valve devices, eliminates the need of enclosing the entire valve device, enables a pipe line part body and a valve body part to be enclosed by an operation case in a sealed state only through work conducted at an area located closer to the valve body part side than a fluid pipe line, and to provide a valve body removal method.SOLUTION: A valve body removal device includes: an operation case 30 enclosing a part of a valve device 2 in a sealed state; an operation valve which partitions an internal space of the operation case 30; valve moving means 91 capable of moving the valve body part 11 in the operation case 30; and a fastening member which fastens a first flange 6 and a second flange 13. The operation case 30 includes a sealing part 36 which seals the radial outer side of an insertion hole of the first flange 6 in which the fastening member is inserted.
【課題】種々の弁装置に適用可能であるとともに、弁装置全体を囲う必要がなく、流体管路よりも弁本体部側での作業のみで管路部本体及び弁本体部を作業用ケースで密封状に囲うことのできる弁体撤去装置及び弁体撤去方法を提供すること。【解決手段】弁体撤去装置は、弁装置２の一部を密封状態に囲う作業用ケース３０と、作業用ケース３０の内部空間を仕切る作業弁と、弁本体部１１を作業用ケース３０内で移動を可能とする弁移動手段９１と、第１フランジ６及び第２フランジ１３を締結する締結部材と、を備え、作業用ケース３０は、締結部材が挿通される第１フランジ６の挿通孔の径方向外側を封止する封止部３６を有する。【選択図】図２
