VALVE BODY REMOVAL DEVICE AND VALVE BODY REMOVAL METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve body removal device and a valve body removal method capable of being applied to various valve devices, eliminating the need of enclosing the entire valve device, and enclosing a pipe conduit portion body and a valve main body portion by an operation case in a sealed state only by a work at a valve main body portion side with respect to a fluid pipe conduit.SOLUTION: A valve body removal device includes an operation case 30 enclosing a valve main body portion 11 in a sealed state, an operation valve 26 partitioning an internal space of the operation case 30, valve moving means 91 capable of moving the valve main body portion 11 in the operation case 30, fastening members 23, 25 for fastening a first flange 6 and a second flange 13, and a support 96 supporting the operation case 30 and adjusting a height. The operation case 30 is composed of a first divided body 31 having a sealing portion 36 for sealing a radial outer side of an insertion hole of the first flange 6 to which the fastening members 23, 25 are inserted, and a second divided body 61 enclosing the valve main body portion 11, and the first divided body 31 is divided into at least two in a circumferential direction of the first flange 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】種々の弁装置に適用可能であるとともに、弁装置全体を囲う必要がなく、流体管路よりも弁本体部側での作業のみで管路部本体及び弁本体部を作業用ケースで密封状に囲うことのできる弁体撤去装置及び弁体撤去方法を提供すること。【解決手段】弁体撤去装置は、弁本体部11を密封状態に囲う作業用ケース30と、作業用ケース30の内部空間を仕切る作業弁26と、弁本体部11を作業用ケース30内で移動を可能とする弁移動手段91と、第1フランジ6及び第2フランジ13を締結する締結部材23,25と、作業用ケース30を支持するとともに高さ調整を行うサポート96と、を備え、作業用ケース30は、締結部材23,25が挿通される第1フランジ6の挿通孔の径方向外側を封止する封止部36を有する第1分割体31、及び弁本体部11を囲う第2分割体61から構成され、第1分割体31は、第1フランジ6の周方向に少なくとも2分割されている。【選択図】図2
