SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR EXISTING STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING EXISTING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for existing structures that can save labor.SOLUTION: A support system 1 of an existing structure 101 comprises a displacement sensor 6, a temporary receiving pile 2 for supporting the existing structure 101, a jack 3 sandwiched between the temporary receiving pile 2 and the existing structure 101, and a control device 10 for controlling the displacement of the existing structure 101 by adjusting the projecting length of the jack 3 on the basis of a displacement measurement value. The control device 10 repeatedly performs a displacement acquisition operation of acquiring the displacement measurement value using the displacement sensor 6, a jack selection operation of selecting a drive jack on the basis of the displacement measurement value, and a setting operation for setting an adjustment value of the protrusion length of the drive jack. In the setting operation, the adjustment value is set equal to or smaller than the difference between a displacement tolerance value and the displacement measurement value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
