To provide a miniaturized spray device and a spray method capable of spraying by pressure feeding even cement system fluid with low flowability.SOLUTION: In a spray device 1 comprising a hopper 30 to which a mortar M with low flowability is thrown, a rotary pump 20 pushing out the mortar M with low flowability thrown into the hopper 30, a conveyance hose 10 conveying the mortar M with low flowability pushed out from the rotary pump 20 and a spray nozzle 11 attached in a tip of the conveyance hose 10 and spraying the mortar M with low flowability, the hopper 30 is composed of a storage part 31 with an upper surface being open, an in-hopper conveyance part 32 disposed below the storage part 31 and conveying the mortar M with low flowability to the rotary pump 20, and a discharge part 33 disposed in front of a conveyance direction L, a conveyance stirring screw 40 is installed in the in-hopper conveyance part 32, a screw tip 40a is extended to the discharge part 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低流動性のセメント系流動体であっても圧送して吹き付けできる小型化された吹き付け装置及び吹き付け工法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】低流動性モルタルＭが投入されるホッパ３０と、ホッパ３０に投入された低流動性モルタルＭを押し出すロータリポンプ２０と、ロータリポンプ２０から押し出された低流動性モルタルＭを搬送する搬送ホース１０と、搬送ホース１０の先端に装着され、低流動性モルタルＭを吹き出す吹き付けノズル１１とで構成された吹き付け装置１において、ホッパ３０を、上面が開口した収容部３１と、収容部３１の下方に配置され、低流動性モルタルＭをロータリポンプ２０に向かって搬送するホッパ内搬送部３２と、搬送方向Ｌの前方に配置された吐出部３３とで構成し、ホッパ内搬送部３２に低流動性モルタルＭを搬送する搬送攪拌スクリュウ４０を設けられ、スクリュウ先端４０ａを吐出部３３まで延出された。【選択図】図１
