To provide a spray method and a spray device which can provide spray application with high strength development at an initial stage.SOLUTION: In a spray method to perform spraying to a target object after adding and mixing a set accelerating agent in a base concrete containing cement, a set accelerating aid including gypsums is added to the base concrete before adding the set accelerating agent. A spray device 10 has a force feed pipe 1 for forcibly feeding the base concrete containing cement, an air supply section 2 and a set accelerating agent supply section 3 which are sequentially disposed in a force feeding direction on a side portion of the force feed pipe 1, and a spray nozzle 4 at a terminal portion of the force feed pipe 1. The spray device has at least one set accelerating aid adding section 5 for adding the set accelerating aid including gypsums on a side portion of the air supply section 2 and/or a side portion of the force feed pipe 1 between the air supply section 2 and the set accelerating agent supply section 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
