DIAMETER-ENLARGED EXCAVATION STRUCTURE IN GROUND EXCAVATION HEAD FOR FORMING SHEET PILE INSTALLATION HOLE, AND EXCAVATION HEAD COMPRISING THE SAME
To provide a diameter-enlarged excavation structure capable of preventing reaction force load in diameter-enlarged excavation from becoming excessive and suppressing reduction in an original excavation efficiency and risk of damage and early wear in order to perform diameter-enlarged excavation suitable for pile installation requiring a wide diameter-enlarged area and ground excavation requiring reasonable diameter-enlarged excavation capacity such as hard bedrock.SOLUTION: A diameter-enlarged excavation structure comprises: a support frame (21) provided in the middle of a blade passage of each spiral blade (3) around a rod shaft (100); a movable arm (1) rotatably supported by each support frame; and a bit set (5) comprising a plurality of conical bits (51, 52) arranged in parallel on one side face of a tip of each movable arm. Since a rotary axis (RA) of a support shaft (22) is set to be sloped by an obliquely upward slope angle (2Rθ) with respect to a rod axis (CA), the movable arm and the bit set in a storage state (S2) are stored in an upper part of the spiral blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】広い拡径領域を要する杭打ちや、硬質岩盤など相応の拡径掘削能力を要する地盤掘削にも適した拡径掘削を行うべく、拡径掘削時の反力負担が過度になることを防ぎ、また本来の掘削効率の低下や、損傷、早期摩耗のリスクを抑制することのできる拡径掘削構造を提供する。【解決手段】ロッド軸(100)周りの螺旋羽根(3)各螺旋羽根(3)の羽根経路の途中に設けた支持枠(21)と、各支持枠によって回動可能に支持された可動アーム(1)と、各可動アームの先部の片側面に並設された、複数のコニカルビット(51,52)からなるビットセット(5)とを具備する。支持軸(22)の回動軸(RA)が、ロッド軸(CA)に対し、斜め上方への傾斜角度(2Rθ)にて傾斜設定されることで、収容状態(S2)の可動アーム及びビットセットが、螺旋羽根の上部へ収容される。【選択図】 図2
