To provide a processing apparatus, a processing method and a computer program that can clearly distinguish between a detection result associated with a first detection position and a detection result associated with a second detection position.SOLUTION: A processing apparatus in which a detector detecting detection objects generated from a plurality of generation sources processes detection intensity detected at a first detection position and a second detection position for each detection position comprises: a two-dimensionally converting unit that converts the detection intensity for either one pair of generation sources to two-dimensional distribution of coordinate points in which the detection intensity for one generation source is defined as a value of an X-axis and the detection intensity for the other generation source is defined as a value of a Y-axis; a definition unit that defines a predetermined area including a mixed area, in which a coordinate point associated with the first detection position and a coordinate point associated with the second detection position mix, in the two-dimensional distribution of the coordinate points; and a replacement unit that replaces the two-dimensional distribution of the coordinate points in a defined area being defined to the two-dimensional distribution of coordinate points associated with other pair of generation sources.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
