CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF BATHROOM WALL PANELS
To enhance cut-off performance and connection strength by using a wall panel connection structure in which, as for two interconnected wall panels, a force for pressing the wall panels to each other applies at the connection ends, and making wall moles unnecessary, and to improve the design.SOLUTION: In a connection structure of bathroom wall panels in which a connection member 11 extends over and fits into first and second wall panels 5, 6 from the back surface side to connect the wall panels 5, 6 together, the connection member 11 is composed of an external connection member 22 and an inner connection member 31 superposedly provided in inside and outside directions of a bathroom, a protrusion 23 is provided in both side parts 27 of the external connection member 31, an oblique groove part that runs more downward as it approaches the inside of the bathroom is provided in both side parts 38 of the inner connection member 31, a narrow groove part is provided on the end side of the groove part, and the protrusion 23 is fitted into the narrow groove part so that a wall panel contact part 46 formed in an inner end of the inner connection member 31 comes into contact with the wall panels 5, 6 and connects the wall panels 5, 6 together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】互いに連結される二枚の壁パネルを、その接続端において互いに寄せ合う力が作用するような壁パネルの接続構造とすることで、壁モールを不要とし、止水性や連結強度の向上を図るとともに、意匠性を向上する。【解決手段】第1の壁パネル5と第2の壁パネル6に渡って連結材11が背面側から嵌合し、壁パネル5、6同士を連結する浴室用の壁パネルの接続構造において、連結材11は、浴室内外方向に重ねて設けられた外側連結材22と内側連結材31から構成されており、外側連結材31の両側部27には突起部23が設けられ、内側連結材31の両側部38には浴室内側に向かうほど下方に向かう斜め溝部が設けられ、溝部の端部側に細溝部を備え、細溝部に突起部23が嵌合することで、内側連結材31の内側端部に形成された壁パネル当接部46が、壁パネル5、6に当接し壁パネル同士5、6を連結する。【選択図】図7
