METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FIBER-REINFORCED CONCRETE MEMBER, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SACRIFICIAL FORM, AND FIBER-REINFORCED CONCRETE MEMBER
To improve the strength of a boundary surface at which a fiber reinforced concrete is spliced.SOLUTION: In a sacrificial form setting step, a sacrificial form 1 which includes reinforcing fibers 4 and in which the reinforcing fibers 4 protrude from a form surface 3 is installed; and in a concrete placing process, an ultra-high strength fiber-reinforced concrete is placed on the form surface 3 of the sacrificial form 1 in which the reinforcing fibers 4 protrude, the placed ultra-high strength fiber-reinforced concrete including the reinforcing fibers 4 protruding from the form surface 3. In a sacrificial form removing step, the sacrificial form 1 is removed after the placed ultra-high strength fiber reinforced concrete is cured, and the reinforcing fibers 4 contained in the sacrificial form 1 protrude from the cured surface of the ultra-high strength fiber reinforced concrete. When the ultra-high strength fiber-reinforced concrete is spliced, the reinforcing fibers 4 are cross-linked to the boundary surface of the spliced portion, and the strength is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】繊維補強コンクリートの打継ぎが行われる境界面の強度を向上させる。【解決手段】犠牲型枠設置工程で、補強繊維4を含み、型枠面3から補強繊維4が突出した犠牲型枠1が設置され、コンクリート打設工程で、補強繊維4が突出した犠牲型枠1の型枠面3に超高強度繊維補強コンクリートが打設され、打設された前記超高強度繊維補強コンクリートには型枠面3から突出した補強繊維4が含まれる。犠牲型枠除去工程で、打設された前記超高強度繊維補強コンクリートの硬化後に犠牲型枠1が除去され、犠牲型枠1に含まれていた補強繊維4が硬化した前記超高強度繊維補強コンクリートの表面から突出する。前記超高強度繊維補強コンクリートの打継ぎが行われると、前記打継ぎの境界面には補強繊維4が架橋し強度が向上する。【選択図】図1
