To propose a manufacturing method of short fiber-reinforced concrete member in which orientation correction to fibers of the short fiber-reinforced concrete member has been made and the short fiber-reinforced concrete member.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a short fiber-reinforced concrete member includes a casting step of casting concrete mixed with short fibers into a frame mold and an orientation correction step of correcting orientation of short fibers by inserting a tool into a corner part of the concrete immediately after casted. The tool includes a ring-shaped bottom part and a rod-like holding part extending upward from the center of the bottom part. In the orientation correction step, the bottom part of the tool is inserted through an upper face of the concrete, and the holding part is rotated in a peripheral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】短繊維補強コンクリート部材の繊維の配向矯正を行った短繊維補強コンクリート部材の製造方法および短繊維補強コンクリート部材を提案する。【解決手段】短繊維を混入したコンクリートを型枠に打設する打設工程と、打設直後のコンクリートの隅角部に治具を挿入することで短繊維の配向を矯正する配向矯正工程と、備えた短繊維補強コンクリート部材の製造方法であって、治具は、リング形状の底部と、前記底部中心から上方に延びる棒状の把持部と、を備えており、配向矯正工程では、治具の底部をコンクリート上面から挿入し、把持部を周方向に回転させる、ことを特徴とする短繊維補強コンクリート部材の製造方法。【選択図】図1
