To provide a fiber reinforced concrete member capable of controlling the orientation of fibers in concrete and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: In a fiber reinforced concrete member 1 which has a plate-like part 3 composed of fiber-reinforced concrete containing fibers 2, a wall thickness dimension L1 of the plate-like part 3 is smaller than a length L2 of the fibers 2.
