Abstract

To provide a cement-based surface-preparing material for a surface of a concrete after a desalting treatment, the concrete showing high water content and high alkaline properties, wherein the surface-preparing material reduces the water content in the surface thereof and improves adhesiveness to a surface-coating material.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a cement-based surface-preparing material for subjecting a concrete obtained after a desalting treatment through an electrochemical corrosion-preventing method to surface preparation before a surface-coating treatment with a surface-coating material, comprising: a cement; and an anhydrous gypsum.SELECTED DRAWING: None

【課題】高含水率で高いアルカリ性を示す脱塩処理後のコンクリート表面に対して、その表面の水分量を減少させ、表面被覆材との接着性を良好にするセメント系下地処理材を提供する。【解決手段】電気化学的防食工法でコンクリートを脱塩処理した後、表面被覆材による表面被覆処理を行う前に下地処理を行うためのセメント系下地処理材であって、セメントと、無水石膏とを含むセメント系下地処理材である。【選択図】なし
