HIGH-PRESSURE INJECTION AGITATION AND MIXING DEVICE
To provide a high-pressure injection agitation and mixing device allowing increase of an improved area with one construction work, and improved in construction efficiency.SOLUTION: A high-pressure injection agitation and mixing device 10 for excavation and improvement of ground 1 by injecting fluid S into the ground 1 at a high pressure, has a rotation shaft 12 penetrated into the ground 1 by rotating by a driving device 11, an excavation head 13 fitted to a tip end 12a of the rotation shaft 12 and excavating the ground 1, agitation blades 14, 15, 16 fitted to positions separated from the tip end 12a of the rotation shaft 12 and agitating and mixing excavated soil 2 with the fluid S injected into the soil 2, and a rod 20 having a rotary nozzle 30 at a tip 20a for injecting the fluid S at high pressure and penetrated into the ground 1 together with the rotation shaft 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】一度の施工で改良面積を増やすことができ、施工の効率化を図ることができる高圧噴射撹拌混合装置を提供する。【解決手段】地盤1中に流体Sを高圧噴射させて該地盤1の掘削と改良を行う高圧噴射撹拌混合装置10であって、駆動装置11によって回転して地盤1に貫入される回転軸12と、回転軸12の先端12aに取り付けられ、地盤1を掘削する掘削ヘッド13と、回転軸12の先端12aから離れた位置に取り付けられ、掘削された土壌2と該土壌2内に注入された流体Sとを撹拌混合する撹拌翼14,15,16と、先端20aに流体Sを高圧噴射する回転ノズル30を有し、回転軸12と共に地盤1に貫入されるロッド20と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
