SEISMIC ISOLATOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEISMIC STRUCTURE
To provide a seismic isolator and a seismic structure in which a foundation bottom board that contacts a ground surface and a foundation upper board mounting a building are arranged in a close contact manner, a curved surface is directly provided so as to face symmetrically with the boards, and one sphere is arranged on the center, the sphere is smoothly rotated by horizontal shaking due to earthquake, the curved surface is rolled and the foundation upper board floats, a seismic function of a building is performed, and the sphere is returned back to the center part of the curved surface in the end of earthquake motion, which has an isolation plate interposed between the foundation bottom board and the foundation upper board, provides a floating separation mechanism of the foundation upper board, and efficiently operates even in initial earthquake.SOLUTION: In a seismic isolator in which a foundation bottom board that is provided on a building, holds a horizontal level of the building and contacts a ground surface and a foundation upper board mounting a building are arranged in a close contact manner, a curved surface is directly provided so as to face symmetrically with the boards, and one sphere is arranged on the center, an isolation plate is interposed between the foundation bottom board and the foundation upper board, and a floating separation mechanism for floating and separating the foundation upper board from the foundation bottom board in earthquake detection is provided. 【課題】地面に接する基礎底盤と建物を載せる基礎上盤を密接して配置し、それらに対称に向かい合う湾曲面を直接設け、その中心に球体を配置し、地震による横揺れにより、球体が円滑に回転し、湾曲面を転動して基礎上盤が浮き上がり、建物の免震作用を行い、地震動の終了時に球体が湾曲面の中心部に戻ることを特徴とする免震装置において、基礎底盤と基礎上盤の間に隔離板を設け、基礎上盤の分離浮上機構を設け、初期地震時にも効率よく作動する免震装置、構造を得る。【解決手段】建物に設け、建物の水平を保持して、地面に接する基礎底盤と建物を載せる基礎上盤を密接して配置し、それらに対称に向かい合う湾曲面を直接設け、その中心に一つの球体を配置した免震装置において、基礎底盤と基礎上盤の間に隔離板を介在させ、地震感知時に基礎上盤を基礎底盤から浮上分離するための浮上分離機構を設けたことを特徴とする免震装置と免震構造の製法。【選択図】図1
