OBSTACLE DETECTOR FOR CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE
To provide an excellent obstacle detector for a construction vehicle which can reduce the frequency of false determinations of determining a cloud of dust or water vapor to be obstacles and can exhibit an excellent accuracy of detecting obstacles.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an obstacle detector equipped in a construction vehicle, the obstacle detector including: a distance image sensor of a TOF system which can measure the coordinates of an obstacle from the time difference between projected light and reflected light; and a controller for determining the presence or absence of obstacles on the basis of coordinate data measured by the distance image sensor and the intensity of reflection of the reflected light.
