To provide an outer wall panel joint structure, an outer wall surface material and a water cutoff member, which have simple structures and can reduce the cost.SOLUTION: Water cutoff plate parts 51f is protruded parallel to the wall surfaces of outer wall surface materials 51 at the lateral face parts of the outer wall surface materials 51. The water cutoff plate parts 51f are formed parallel to the wall surface of the outer wall surface materials 51 by folding the left and right edge of steel plates 51b located on the outdoor side to substantially 90 degrees. Water cutoff members are mounted to the water cutoff plate parts 51f of respective outer wall surface materials 51 when the outer wall surface materials 51 are manufactured at a factory. For example, a water cutoff member 1 with weather resistance is mounted to the water cutoff plate parts 51f on any one or both lateral face part of respective outer wall surface materials 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】構造が簡単でコスト低減が図れる外壁パネルの目地構造、外壁面材および止水部材を提供する。【解決手段】外壁面材５１の側面部には、外壁面材５１の壁面と平行に止水板部５１ｆが突出している。この止水板部５１ｆは、屋外側に位置する鋼板５１ｂの左右端部を略９０度に折り曲げることにより、外壁面材５１の壁面と平行に形成される。各外壁面材５１の止水板部５１ｆには、この外壁面材５１の工場製作段階において、止水部材が装着される。例えば、各外壁面材５１の一方若しくは両方の側面部の止水板部５１ｆには、耐候性を有する止水部材１が装着される。【選択図】図３
