WATER CUTOFF STRUCTURE OF BUILDING OUTER WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cutoff structure of a building outer wall capable of restraining infiltration of rainwater into the wall inside.SOLUTION: The building outer wall is constituted of a plurality of outer wall face materials 21, and a longitudinal joint is formed between the mutual respective outer wall face materials 21 adjacent in the horizontal direction. A joint water cutoff sheet 32 is provided in an upper end part of the adjacent respective outer wall face materials 21 in a state of straddling both these members and also folding back to the surface side from the reverse surface side of the respective outer wall face materials 21. A decorative cover 13 is to block up a clearance part between the outer wall face material 21 on the upper floor side of a building and the outer wall face material 21 on the lower floor side from the outdoor side, and a folding-back part 32a of the joint water cutoff sheet 32 is pressed down by this decorative cover 13.
【課題】壁内部に対する雨水等の浸入抑制を図ることができる建物外壁の止水構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物外壁は、複数の外壁面材２１により構成され、水平方向に隣り合う各外壁面材２１同士の間には縦目地が形成されている。隣り合う各外壁面材２１の上端部には、それら両者に跨り、かつ当該各外壁面材２１の裏面側から表面側に折り返した状態で目地止水シート３２が設けられている。化粧カバー１３は、建物の上階側の外壁面材２１と下階側の外壁面材２１との間の隙間部分を屋外側から閉塞するものであり、この化粧カバー１３により、目地止水シート３２の折返し部３２ａが押さえ付けられている。【選択図】 図５
