OUTER WALL PANEL AND WATER CUTOFF STRUCTURE OF OUTER WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall panel capable of discharging water infiltrated from a joint without leaking the water to the building skeleton side, and also easy in construction.SOLUTION: An outer wall panel 1 comprises respective master furring strips 4 and 5 on the upper side and the lower side and a plurality of vertical furring strips for connecting these. A joint position vertical furring strip 6A positioned on the left-right one side projects on the upper end upward more than the upper side master furring strip 4, and is also positioned on the lower end upward more than the lower side master furring strip 5. A water cutoff material 10 having a drainage ditch 10a of passing in the vertical direction along the reverse surface side of an outer wall surface material 3, is interposed between the joint position vertical furring strip 6A and the outer wall surface material 3. The water cutoff material 10 has the vertical length of reaching the lower end of the lower side master furring strip 5 from the upper end of the joint position vertical furring strip 6A. The drainage ditch 10a expands in a lateral width of an upper end part more than a lateral width except for the upper end part, and the lateral width of the upper end part of this expanded drainage ditch 10a is wider than a lateral width of a lower end part of the water cutoff material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】目地から浸入した水を建物躯体側へ漏水させることなく排出することができ、かつ施工が容易な外壁パネルを提供する。【解決手段】外壁パネル1は、上側および下側の各親胴縁4,5と、これらを連結する複数本の縦胴縁とを有する。左右一方端に位置する目地位置縦胴縁6Aは、上端が上側の親胴縁4よりも上方に突出し、かつ下端が下側の親胴縁5よりも上方に位置する。目地位置縦胴縁6Aと外壁面材3との間に、外壁面材3の裏面側に沿って上下方向に通る排水溝10aを有する止水材10が介在する。止水材10は、目地位置縦胴縁6Aの上端から下側の親胴縁5の下端に至る上下長を有する。排水溝10aは上端部の左右幅が上端部以外の左右幅よりも広がっており、この広がった排水溝10aの上端部の左右幅は止水材10の下端部の左右幅よりも広い。【選択図】図9
