To provide a pile extraction device which has simple structure and is easily treated, and can easily extract even a plate-shaped pile driven in a driven manner, and a pile extraction method.SOLUTION: A pile extraction device includes: a rod-like body 11; a push-up rod 10 which is mounted on the body 11, includes an engagement body 30 slidably engaged with an engagement groove 55 of a guide body 50 and pushes up a pile 100; an engagement device 40 which is positioned on a tip 12 of the body 11 of the push-up rod 10 and is engaged with a projection of the pile 100; a guide body 50 which includes the engagement groove 55 with which the engagement body 30 is engaged and regulates a push-up direction of the push-up rod 10; a push-up device 70 which includes a push-up plate 71 which is rotatably supported on a support base 77 via a support shaft 76 and pushes up the push-up rod 10; and an operation lever 90 which is connected to a base end of the push-up plate 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
