To provide a foundation structure for equipment and a construction method capable of easily adjusting the height of the foundation structure on site even after the equipment is installed in the foundation structure.SOLUTION: A foundation structure for equipment 10 comprises a plate installation portion 12 made of concrete, which is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view along a bottom portion 22A of an excavation hole 22 and has one side formed on a building upper side of a foundation portion 16A buried in the ground of a building foundation 16, a concrete plate portion 30 that is installed on an upper surface 12U of a plate installation portion 12 and is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape and that has an upper surface 42U for installing equipment 14, and a concrete base 60 made of concrete provided with a height adjusting mechanism 70 that is provided on the opposite side of the plate installation portion 12 and on a lower side of the building on an outer peripheral portion of the concrete plate portion 30 and presses a lower surface 32L of the concrete plate portion 30 to vertically move the lower surface 32L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】設備が基礎構造に設置された後においても現場で簡単に基礎構造の高さ調節ができる設備用基礎構造及び施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】設備用基礎構造10として、掘削孔22の底部22Aに沿って平面視で略矩形状に形成され、一辺側が建物基礎16の地盤に埋設されたベース部16Aの建物上方側に形成されたコンクリート製のプレート設置部12と、プレート設置部12の上面12Uに設置され、略矩形板状に形成されると共に設備14を設置するための上面42Uを備えたコンクリートプレート部30と、プレート設置部12の対辺側かつコンクリートプレート部30の外周部の建物下方側に設けられ、内部にコンクリートプレート部30の下面32Lを押圧することで下面32Lを上下動させる高さ調整機構70を備えたコンクリート製の土台コンクリート部60と、を含んで構成する。【選択図】図1
