PILE CHUCKING DEVICE FOR EARTH REMOVING HOPPER OF PILE DRIVER

To provide a small-sized chucking device for an earth removing hopper of a pile driver which can easily connect an earth removing hopper of a pile driver used in an inner excavation method with a pile.SOLUTION: A chucking device for an earth removing hopper of a pile driver comprises: a cylinder-shaped trunk portion which is integral with or can connect with an earth removing hopper of a pile driver, and includes an opening facing a lateral side; a variable slide block inserted in the opening in a horizontal direction so as to freely slide; a driving cylinder disposed in an axial direction of the trunk portion; and a link mechanism for transmitting driving force of the driving cylinder to the variable slide block. The link mechanism includes: a crank arm portion capable of oscillating around a fulcrum by driving force of the driving cylinder; and an oscillating arm portion capable of oscillating around the fulcrum in conjunction with oscillation of the crank arm portion, and connecting the variable slide block with the crank arm portion. A power point in which driving force of the driving cylinder is inputted into the crank arm portion is positioned inside in a radial direction of the trunk portion with respect to the fulcrum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

【課題】中掘工法に用いられる杭打ち機の排土ホッパと杭とを容易に連結可能な小型の杭打ち機の排土ホッパ用チャッキング装置を提供する。【解決手段】杭打ち機の排土ホッパ用チャッキング装置は、杭打ち機の排土ホッパと一体又は連結可能であって、側方を向いた開口を有する筒形状の胴部と、水平方向に沿って開口に摺動自在に挿通される可変式スライドブロックと、胴部の軸線方向に沿って配置される駆動シリンダと、可変式スライドブロックに駆動シリンダの駆動力を伝達するためのリンク機構と、を備え、リンク機構は、駆動シリンダの駆動力によって支点回りに揺動可能なクランクアーム部と、クランクアーム部の揺動に連動して支点回りに揺動可能であり、可変式スライドブロックとクランクアーム部とを連結するための揺動アーム部と、を含み、クランクアーム部に駆動シリンダの駆動力が入力される力点は、支点よりも胴部の径方向にて内側に位置している。【選択図】図９
