INTERMEDIATE CHUCKING DEVICE FOR LONG PILE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR LONG PILE USING THE SAME

To provide an intermediate chucking device for long piles used when constructing long piles with a vibration hammer pile driver, and a construction method for long piles using the device.SOLUTION: The present invention used when constructing long piles A using a vibration hammer pile driver 1 equipped with a leader 3 and a vibration hammer 5 that drives the long pile A erected on the side of the leader 3 into the ground, comprises a chucking part 3 that is attached to the side of the long pile A and is gripped by a chuck 12 of the vibration hammer 5, and a fixing part 14 that fixes the chucking part 13 to the side of the long pile A. The chucking part 13 consists of a chucking plate 13a and a pair of reinforcing plates 13, 13b that are formed on both side edges of the chucking plate 13a and reinforce the chucking plate 13a. The fixing part 14 consists of a pair of clamping plates 4a, 14a attached to both sides of the long pile A, and a plurality of tightening bolts 14b, 14b that connect the clamping plates 14a, 14a to each other on both sides of the long pile A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】バイブロハンマ杭打機による長尺杭の施工時に用いられる長尺杭用中間チャッキング装置及び当該装置を用いた長尺杭の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】リーダ3と、リーダ3の側部に建て込まれた長尺杭イを地中に押し込むバイブロハンマ5を備えたバイブロハンマ杭打機1による長尺杭イの施工時に用いる。長尺杭イの側部に添え付けられ、バイブロハンマ5のチャック12が掴むチャッキング部3と、チャッキング部13を長尺杭イの側部に固定する固定部14を有する。チャッキング部13はチャッキングプレート13aとチャッキングプレート13aの両側縁端部に形成され、チャッキングプレート13aを補強する一対の補強プレート13,13bからなる。固定部14は長尺杭イの両側部に添え付けられた一対の挟持プレート4a,14aと長尺杭イの両側部において挟持プレート14a,14a同士を連結する複数の締付けボルト14b,14bからなる。【選択図】図１
