To provide a sandwich-type fitting-type roof material which can maintain high cutoff performance for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A roof material main body is constituted of: a lower joint arranged at one short-length edge part, and overlapped on a lower side of a short-length edge part of the other roof material which is adjacently arranged at an upstream side; an upper joint arranged at another short-length edge part, and overlapped on an upper side of a short-length edge part of the other roof material which is adjacently arranged at a downstream side; and a core material arranged at a back face of the upper joint, and sandwiched between an inner skin member and the upper joint. The core material has an upstream-side protrusive part protruding at an edge part of the lower joint, and a lower-seam side protrusive part protruding at an edge part of a lower seam. A lateral groove extending along a short-length end edge is formed at the upstream-side protrusive part, and a vertical groove continuous to the lateral groove and extending along the lower seam is formed at the lower-seam side protrusive part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い止水性を長期にわたって維持し得るサンドイッチタイプの嵌合式屋根材を提案する。【解決手段】屋根材本体を、一方の短尺縁部に設けられ、水上側に隣接配置される他の屋根材の短尺縁部の下側において重ね合わさる下継手と、もう一方の短尺縁部に設けられ、水下側に隣接配置される他の屋根材の短尺縁部の上側において重ね合わさる上継手と、その背面に設けられ、内皮材との間にて挟持された芯材とを備えたもので構成する。芯材は、該下継手の縁部においてはみ出した水上側はみ出し部と、該下ハゼの縁部においてはみ出した下ハゼ側はみ出し部を有するものとし、該水上側はみ出し部に、前記短尺端縁に沿って伸延する横溝を設け、該下ハゼ側はみ出し部に、該横溝につながり該下ハゼに沿って伸延する縦溝を設ける。【選択図】 図1
