To provide a moving partition device capable of easily fixing a panel to an arbitrary position of a fibrous floor material without additionally constructing the floor material.SOLUTION: A fixing means 9 for fixing a lower end portion of panels 3 to a floor material includes: a rod 10 provided below a side frame 8 of each panel 3 so as to be movable in the vertical direction; an operation member 11 for moving the rod 10 forward and backward toward a fibrous floor material 5; and a projection 12 provided at the lower end of the rod 10 and having at least a pointed portion which can bite into the fibrous floor material 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
