To provide a supporting mechanism and a vibration proof floor structure capable of smoothly sliding in a horizontal direction with a small resisting force.SOLUTION: A supporting mechanism 101 includes: a lower member 1; a lower roller member 3 that is provided along an upper surface of the lower member 1, and is provided so as to rotate about an axis by assuming a first direction X along a horizontal surface as an axial direction; a rolling middle plate 40 that is provided along an upper portion of the lower roller member 3; an upper roller member 5 that is provided along an upper surface of the rolling middle plate 40, and is provided so as to rotate about an axis by assuming a second direction Y along the horizontal direction and orthogonal to the first direction X as an axial direction; and an upper member 6. The lower member 1 is fixed on an upper surface of a spring unit, and the upper member 6 is fixed to an upper body. An upper surface of the lower member 1 and a lower surface of the rolling middle plate 40 are arranged so as to abut on an outer peripheral surface of the lower roller member 3.
