INSTALLATION METHOD FOR FITTING JOINT, VIBRATOR APPLICABLE FOR THIS METHOD AND GUARD PIPE
To provide an installation method for a fitting joint improving a filling property for a fitting joint between wall members jointed through being filled with a solidification material having flowability and achieving excellent cut-off performance after the solidification material is solidly filled and solidified.SOLUTION: An installation method for a fitting joint comprises: a step S21 of inserting a vibrator with a detecting sensor capable of detecting a solidification material into a female joint of a first wall member; a step S23 of applying vibration with the vibrator to the solidification material in the female joint; a step S24 of detecting with the detecting sensor whether the solidification material is in the female joint or not; a step S25 of lifting up the vibrator; and a step of forming the fitting joint through inserting a male joint of a second wall member into the female joint of the first wall member, to control lifting of the vibrator based on a detection result by the detecting sensor, when installing the fitting joint jointing the first wall member and the second wall member through filling and solidifying the solidification material having flowability to construct a consecutive wall structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】流動性のある固化材が充填されて連結される壁部材間の嵌合継手において充填性が向上し固化材が密実に充填され固化後に良好な止水性を発揮できる嵌合継手施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】連続壁構造の構築のために第1の壁部材と第2の壁部材とを流動性のある固化材を充填し固化することで連結する嵌合継手を施工する際に、第1の壁部材の雌継手内に、固化材を検知可能な検知センサを有するバイブレータを挿入する工程S21と、雌継手内の固化材にバイブレータにより振動を加える工程S23と、検知センサにより雌継手内における固化材の有無を検知する工程S24と、バイブレータを引き上げる工程S25と、第1の壁部材の雌継手に第2の壁部材の雄継手を挿入し嵌合継手を形成する工程と、を含み、検知センサによる検知結果に基づいてバイブレータの引き上げを制御する。【選択図】図5
