BORING MACHINE
To provide a boring machine in which positional deviation can be prevented with a simple configuration and a punching blade can surely be positioned.SOLUTION: A boring machine 1A includes: a punching blade 10; a motor which rotates the punching blade 10; a cable which connects the motor to the punching blade 10; and a fixing member 30 which is provided on a tip side of the cable and fixes the cable 15 and the punching blade 10 at a prescribed position in a pipe. The boring machine 1A forms a hole for communicating a regenerated pipe buried in the ground with a branch pipe B mounted in the regenerated pipe M. An insertion hole through which the cable 15 and the punching blade 10 are passed is formed in the fixing member 30. One or more sections 33a to be locked viewed from an axial line L direction of the insertion hole are formed on an inner peripheral surface 31a of the fixing member 30. A positioning member 20 which is movable to the tip side while pressing the punching blade 10 and has a locking section 23 locking the section 33a to be locked at a prescribed position in the insertion hole is provided on a rear end side of the punching blade 10. The fixing member 30 and the positioning member 20 advance the punching blade 10 in a stepwise manner toward the regenerated pipe M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡易な構成にて位置ズレを防ぎ、確実に穿孔刃の位置決めができる削孔機のを提供【解決手段】本発明の削孔機1Aは、穿孔刃10と、穿孔刃10を回転させるモータと、モータと穿孔刃10とを連結するケーブルと、ケーブルの先端側に設けられ、ケーブル15及び穿孔刃10を管内の所定の位置に固定する固定部材30とを備え、地中に埋設された更生管Mと更生管Mに取り付けられた枝管Bとを連通させる孔を形成する削孔機1Aで、固定部材30にケーブル15及び穿孔刃10を通す挿通孔が形成され、固定部材30の内周面31aに挿通孔の軸線L方向に見て被係止部33aが一つ以上形成され、穿孔刃10の後端側には、穿孔刃10を押しつつ先端側に移動可能であり、挿通孔内の所定の位置で被係止部33aに係止させる係止部23を備えた位置決め部材20が設けられ、固定部材30と位置決め部材20とが更生管Mに向かって穿孔刃10を段階的に前進させる。【選択図】図3
