본 발명은 천공장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 별도의 타격수단 없이 정확한 위치에 천공수단의 용이한 관입이 가능하며, 관입된 천공수단의 인발시 선형인발수단에 더 적은 부하가 가해져 작업의 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 새로운 구조의 연약지반용 천공장치에 관한 것이다.
