The present invention relates to a narrow part drilling machine of a new structure, which is installed in a space having a narrow width in a vertical direction to form a hole (4) on an upper surface thereof. In accordance with the present invention, the narrow part drilling machine includes: a lower panel (11); a plurality of support screws (12) coupled to penetrate the lower panel (11) in a vertical direction; a plurality of guide rods (13) provided to be extended upwards from the lower panel (11); an upper panel (14) coupled to an upper end of the guide rods (13); a plurality of tight-contact screws (15) coupled to penetrate the upper panel (14) in the vertical direction, and having a tight-contact block (15b) provided at an upper end thereof; a lifting plate (16) coupled to the guide rods (13) to be liftable; a lifting driving means (20) provided on the lifting plate (16) to lift the lifting plate (16); a support block (31) provided on the upper surface of the lifting plate (16); a drill bit (32) provided on the upper surface of the support block (31) to be extended in the vertical direction; and a rotation driving means (33) connected to the drill bit (32) to rotate the drill bit (32). Therefore, the narrow part drilling machine is inserted between a pier (1) and a deck slab (2), and then is substantially fixed, thereby effectively forming the hole (4) on the lower surface of the deck slab (2).
본 발명은 상하방향의 폭이 좁은 공간에 설치되어 상면에 구멍(4)을 형성할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 협소부 천공기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 협소부 천공기는 하부패널(11)과, 상기 하부패널(11)을 상하방향으로 관통하도록 결합된 복수개의 지지나사(12)와, 상기 하부패널(11)에서 상측으로 연장되도록 구비된 복수개의 가이드봉(13)과, 상기 가이드봉(13)의 상단에 결합된 상부패널(14)과, 상기 상부패널(14)을 상하방향으로 관통하도록 결합되며 상단에는 밀착블록(15b)이 구비된 복수개의 밀착나사(15)와, 상기 가이드봉(13)에 승강가능하게 결합된 승강판(16)과, 상기 승강판(16)에 구비되어 승강판(16)이 승강되도록 하는 승강구동수단(20)과, 상기 승강판(16)의 상면에 구비된 지지블록(31)과, 상기 지지블록(31)의 상면에 상하방향으로 연장되도록 구비된 드릴비트(32)와, 상기 드릴비트(32)에 연결되어 드릴비트(32)를 회전시키는 회전구동수단(33)으로 구성되어, 교각(1)과 상판(2)의 사이에 삽입한 후, 견고하게 고정할 수 있음으로, 상판(2)의 하측면에 효과적으로 구멍(4)을 형성할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
The present invention relates to a narrow part drilling machine of a new structure, which is installed in a space having a narrow width in a vertical direction to form a hole (4) on an upper surface thereof. In accordance with the present invention, the narrow part drilling machine includes: a lower panel (11); a plurality of support screws (12) coupled to penetrate the lower panel (11) in a vertical direction; a plurality of guide rods (13) provided to be extended upwards from the lower panel (11); an upper panel (14) coupled to an upper end of the guide rods (13); a plurality of tight-contact screws (15) coupled to penetrate the upper panel (14) in the vertical direction, and having a tight-contact block (15b) provided at an upper end thereof; a lifting plate (16) coupled to the guide rods (13) to be liftable; a lifting driving means (20) provided on the lifting plate (16) to lift the lifting plate (16); a support block (31) provided on the upper surface of the lifting plate (16); a drill bit (32) provided on the upper surface of the support block (31) to be extended in the vertical direction; and a rotation driving means (33) connected to the drill bit (32) to rotate the drill bit (32).
