CONCRETE EXFOLIATION PREVENTING METHOD OF PC CURTAIN WALL
To provide a concrete exfoliation preventing method of a PC curtain wall which does not require reinforcing fiber and the like because it is only necessary to stick urethane or an urethane sheet using an adhesive, which can construct even a narrow portion easily and quickly compared with coating on a substrate concrete by manual operation, and which can construct safely at high place.SOLUTION: Angle materials 5, 6 and 7 of urethane or an urethane sheet are stuck on a surface layer of a corner portion of a PC curtain wall 1 as a building exterior material using an adhesive 8, so as to be partially overlapped. The urethane or the urethane sheet has an urethane rubber-based high intensity form property of a JIS A 6021 roof coating film waterproof material with 10 N/mm2 or more of tensile strength and 30 N/mm or more of tearing strength at 23°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ウレタンまたはウレアシートを接着材により貼り付けるだけですむので、補強用の繊維等も不要で、かつ、手作業で下地コンクリートに塗布するものに比べて、狭隘部でも簡易かつ迅速に施工でき、また、高所作業においても安全に施工できるＰＣカーテンウォールのコンクリート剥落防止工法を提供する。【解決手段】建物外装材としてのＰＣカーテンウォール１の角部の表層に２３℃で引張強さが１０Ｎ／ｍｍ２以上、引裂強さが３０Ｎ／ｍｍ以上のＪＩＳ Ａ ６０２１屋根用塗膜防水材のウレタンゴム系高強度形の性能を有するウレタンまたはウレアシートのアングル材５，６，７を一部重畳させて接着材８により貼り付ける。【選択図】図１
