To enable connecting foundation packings to each other without interfering with the basis, and to enable connecting the foundation packings to each other even when the basis is arranged on the foundation packings.SOLUTION: A connecting member 20 has two insertion members 30 that can be inserted into ventilation holes of a foundation packing, and a holding member 50 that holds the insertion members 30 in an arranged state along a longitudinal direction A.
