INTERIOR PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INTERIOR PANEL
To provide an interior panel capable of improving the linearity of corner parts in one side end part with a simple structure while improving the flame retardancy of at least one side end part in addition to the flame retardancy in an indoor side, and to provide a manufacturing method of the interior panel capable of suitably manufacturing the interior panel.SOLUTION: In an interior panel 1 installed with its rear surface side facing an interior substrate 3 side, a surface layer 10 including a fiber reinforced resin layer 14, a flame retardant layer 13 provided on the indoor side of the fiber reinforced resin layer, and a decorative layer 11 provided on the indoor side of the flame retardant layer is provided on the indoor side of the foamed resin layer 20; an end face 24 orthogonal to an indoor side face 21 of at least one side end part 23 of the foamed plastic layer and a rear face 22 orthogonal to the end face are covered with an extending part 10b of the surface layer extending in a series from a part covering the indoor side face; at positions corresponding to the indoor side corner 24a and the rear side corner 24b of the end face of the one side end part in the extending part, bent grooves 27, 29 are provided so that the groove bottoms 27a, 29a are located in the fiber reinforced resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】室内側における難燃性に加えて少なくとも一側端部の難燃性の向上が可能でありながらも、簡易な構造で一側端部における角部の直線性を向上し得る内装パネル及びこのような内装パネルを好適に製造し得る内装パネルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】裏面側を内装下地3側に向けて施工される内装パネル1であって、発泡樹脂層20の室内側に、繊維強化樹脂層14と該繊維強化樹脂層の室内側に設けられた難燃層13と該難燃層の室内側に設けられた化粧層11とを含む表面層10が設けられており、前記発泡樹脂層の少なくとも一側端部23の室内側面21に対して直交状とされた端面24及び該端面に対して直交状とされた裏面22は、前記室内側面を覆う部位から一連状に延出された前記表面層の延出部位10bによって覆われており、該延出部位における前記一側端部の端面の室内側面側角部24a及び裏面側角部24bに応じた位置には、溝底27a,29aが前記繊維強化樹脂層内に位置するように折曲溝27,29が設けられている。【選択図】図1
