HYDRAULICALLY DRIVEN DUST COLLECTOR FOR SMALL HYDROELECTRIC POWER GENERATION
To provide a dust collector of a water intake port which can non-electrically and automatically clean foreign matters remaining on a screen surface, using a dust collecting screen installed for stable water intake on a small hydroelectric power generation facility using river and a water passage for agriculture with low water passage heights, and water flowing in the water passage.SOLUTION: A dust collector of a water intake port includes: a dust collecting screen 22 for filtering foreign matters such as branches, leaves and glasses flowing in water f for power generation flowing in a water passage A so as to stably feed water to a water feed pipe 27 for feeding water to a power generation water turbine from the water intake water passage A of small hydroelectric power generation; and a dust collecting brush 26 for allowing a dust collecting water turbine 24 for driving remaining foreign matters on a screen surface that is not filtered by the screen 22 with energy of purified water flow that is filtered by the screen 22 and falls to cross and pass a projection through a surface slit of the screen 22, and bouncing the foreign matters accumulated on the surface of the screen 22 to a lower water passage B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水路高が低い河川や農業用水路を利用する小水力発電設備にの安定的な取水のため設置される除塵スクリーンと水路を流れる水を利用し、スクリーン表面に残存する異物を無電動で自動掃除することができる取水口の除塵装置を提供する。【解決手段】小水力発電用の取水水路Aから発電用水車に給水する送水管27に安定的に給水をする為、水路Aを流れる発電用水fに共に流れる、枝、葉、草などの異物を濾過する除塵スクリーン22を備え、該スクリーン22によって濾過されないスクリーン表面の残存異物を該スクリーン22によって濾過されて落ちる浄化水流のエネルギーで駆動させる除塵水車24にスクリーン22表面スリットに突出部を交差通過させ、スクリーン22表面に積もる異物を下部水路Bに跳ね返す除塵ブラシ26を備える。【選択図】図1
