To provide a blowout panel closing device capable of reducing complexity and difficulty associated with installing both a blowout panel and blowout panel closing device in a reactor building.SOLUTION: A blowout panel closing device is provided, comprising an open/close door 4 installed on an exterior wall of a reactor building, a drive source 6 for closing the open/close door 4 that was opened, and a latch plate 13 configured to latch the open/close door 4 shut normally and to be unlatched to open the open/close door 4 when internal pressure of the reactor building rises to approximately a predetermined level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】原子炉建屋にブローアウトパネル及びブローアウトパネル閉止装置の両装置を設置することに伴う煩雑さや困難性を低減できるブローアウトパネル閉止装置を提供する。【解決手段】原子炉建屋の外壁に設置される開閉扉４と、開いた開閉扉４を閉じる駆動源６と、常には開閉扉４を留めて閉じた状態に保持し、建屋の内圧が所定程度に上昇したときには外れて開閉扉４を開放させる留め板１３とを備える。【選択図】図１
