To provide a blowout panel closing system that can drive a bolting device even if an original power source is lost.SOLUTION: The blowout panel closing system comprises: a blowout panel closing device that opens and closes an opening of a building; a bolting device 21 that bolts the blowout panel closing device; a second driving device 23 that drives the bolting device 21 to open and close a bolt; a second motor 34 that operates with power from a power center and serves as a drive source to drive the second driving unit 23; a third motor 41 that serves as a drive source to drive the second driving unit 23; and a battery 43 connected to the third motor 41 by way of a power supply line 42 and serving as a power source for the third motor 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
