To provide a joint plate support structure and a joint device for a floor that even when another skeleton is displaced downward, enable a joint plate to follow the displacement.SOLUTION: A joint plate support structure supports a joint plate for closing a joint between one skeleton and another skeleton provided with the joint interposed between the one skeleton and the other skeleton using a first joint plate support part for supporting one end side of the joint plate and a second joint plate support part formed on the other skeleton to support the other end side of the joint plate slidably and movably in a lateral direction. The first joint plate support part is composed of: a joint plate support surface that is approximately horizontal and supports the one end side of the joint plate; a fitting pin that is provided on the joint plate support surface and is inserted into a pin box of the joint plate; and an inclined surface in a downward slope shape continuous to a joint part side end part of the joint plate support surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
