To improve the watertightness between a cut-off part and a contact surface for a joint member.SOLUTION: A joint member 1 attached to a drainage pipe comprises: a joint body 20 to which a pipe body 100 is connected to an end; an inspection port 26 formed on a wall surface of the joint body 20; a blocking part 50 for closing the inspection port 26; and an insertion part 40 arranged in the joint body 20 from the inspection port 26. The insertion part 40 has a first water cut-off part 60 on an outer surface, and the first water cut-off part 60 is in watertight contact with a contact surface 24 formed in the circumferential direction on an inner surface of the joint body 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
