To provide an appearance structure for a multiple dwelling house capable of rectifying appearance designs without being affected by skill of a designer designing a multiple dwelling house.SOLUTION: To solve the problem, an appearance structure 1 for a multiple dwelling house of this invention comprises: an outer wall 3 partitioning an inside and an outside of a building body 2 of a multiple dwelling house; and a substantially rectangular flat plate-shaped outside outer wall 4 provided at an outside of the building body 2 with a prescribed distance between itself and the outer wall 3. The outside outer wall 4 includes a plurality of opening portions 5 penetrating the outside outer wall 4 in a thickness direction and formed in a substantially rectangular shape.
