To provide a multiple dwelling improving value added to the whole construction.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling 1 comprises a plurality of floors and a central axis CL extending in a vertical direction Z on an above-ground part, each of the floors on the above-ground part having a planar shape generally point-symmetric regarding the central axis CL. A mean plane area of upper half floors of the above-ground part is larger than a mean plane area of lower half floors. For example, the plurality of floors comprises a first floor group F1 composed of a plurality of consecutive floors; a second floor group F2 composed of a plurality of consecutive floors; and a structural reinforcement floor F3 connecting the first floor group F1 and the second floor group F2. Outside walls 9 of the first floor group F1 protrudes consecutively outward from lower floors to upper floors, and outside walls 9 of the second floor group F2 extends in the vertical direction Z. The structural reinforcement floor F3 has a reinforcement structure extending radially from the central axis CL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】集合住宅において、建物全体の付加価値を高める。【解決手段】集合住宅１は地上部に複数のフロアと鉛直方向Ｚに延びる中心軸ＣＬとを有し、地上部の各フロアは中心軸ＣＬに関し概ね点対称の平面形状を有している。地上部の上側半分のフロアの平均平面積は下側半分のフロアの平均平面積より大きい。例えば、複数のフロアは、連続する複数のフロアからなる第１のフロア群Ｆ１と、連続する複数のフロアからなる第２のフロア群Ｆ２と、第１のフロア群Ｆ１と第２のフロア群Ｆ２とを接続する構造補強フロアＦ３と、を有している。第１のフロア群Ｆ１の外壁９は下階から上階に向けて連続的に外方にせり出しており、第２のフロア群Ｆ２の外壁９は鉛直方向Ｚに延びている。構造補強フロアＦ３は中心軸ＣＬに対して放射状に延びる補強構造を有している。【選択図】図１
