FIRE-RESISTIVE COVERING MATERIAL, BEAM REINFORCEMENT METAL FITTING, FIRE-RESISTIVE COVERING MATERIAL HOLDING STRUCTURE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FIRE-RESISTANT STRUCTURE
To provide a fire-resistive covering material and a beam reinforcement metal fitting using the same capable of reliably holding the fire covered covering material when placing the fire covered covering material in an open hole of a beam for example while ensuring satisfactory workability.SOLUTION: An open hole 9 is formed in a web 3a. A fire resistive covering material 5 is placed on the inner peripheral surface almost all around the open hole 9. The fire-resistive covering material 5 has a refractory material 6c and an adhesive material 6d provided to the refractory material 6c. The adhesive material 6d is a double-faced tape, and the adhesive material 6d is placed along the longer direction of the refractory material 6c. The fire-resistive covering material 5 is rolled and placed inside the open hole 9 with the adhesive material 6d at the outer circumference side. By adhering the refractory material 6c to the inner peripheral surface of the open hole 9 using the adhesive material 6d, the refractory material 6c can adhere along the inner face of the open hole 9. With this, falling off or displacement of the fire-resistive covering material 5 from the open hole 9 is prevented in the subsequent spraying work of the refractory material and its preparation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 例えば梁の貫通孔などに耐火被覆材を配置する際に、確実に耐火被覆材を保持し、良好な作業性を得ることが可能な耐火被覆材及びこれを用いた梁補強金具を提供する。【解決手段】 貫通孔9は、ウェブ3aに形成される。貫通孔9の内周面には耐火被覆材5が略全周に亘って配置される。耐火被覆材5は、耐火材6cと、耐火材6cに設けられる貼着材6dとを有する。貼着材6dは両面テープであり、貼着材6dは、耐火材6cの長手方向に沿って配置される。貼着材6dが外周側となるように、耐火被覆材5を丸めて貫通孔9の内部に配置し、貼着材6dによって、貫通孔9の内周面に貼り付けることで、耐火材6cを貫通孔9の内面に沿って貼り付けることが可能である。このため、その後の耐火材の吹付作業や、その準備の際に、貫通孔9からの耐火被覆材5の脱落やずれを抑制することができる。【選択図】図3
