FIRE-RESISTIVE COVERING MATERIAL HOLDING STRUCTURE, CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FIRE-RESISTANT STRUCTURE, AND FIREPROOF COATING HOLDING MEMBER
To provide a fireproof coating holding member capable of ensuring satisfactory workability by reliably holding the fire-resistive covering material when placing the fire covering material in an open hole of a beam, a fire-resistive covering material holding structure using the same, and a construction method of fire-resistant structure.SOLUTION: In a web 3a, an open hole 9 through which pipes are inserted is formed. Also, in the open hole 9, a beam reinforcing metal fitting 11 for reinforcing beam 3 is fixed by welding or the like. On the inner peripheral surface of the beam reinforcement metal fitting 11, a fire-resistive covering material 5 is placed and held by a fireproof coating holding member 13. The fireproof coating holding member 13 has a stem and a branch that branches at a predetermined interval with respect to the stem. At the outer circumference of the beam reinforcement metal fitting 11 protruding from the beam 3 (web 3a), the stem of the fireproof coating holding member 13 is wound, and the fireproof coating holding member 13 is fixed to the beam reinforcement metal fitting 11. The branch is bent toward the inner peripheral surface side of the fire-resistive covering material 5 placed on the inner peripheral surface of the beam reinforcement metal fitting 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 梁の貫通孔に耐火被覆材を配置する際に、確実に耐火被覆材を保持し、良好な作業性を得ることが可能な耐火被覆保持部材と、これを用いた耐火被覆材保持構造及び耐火構造の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】 ウェブ3aには、配管等が挿通される貫通孔9が形成される。また、貫通孔9には、梁3を補強するための梁補強金具11が溶接等によって固定される。梁補強金具11の内周面には、耐火被覆材5が配置され、耐火被覆保持部材13によって保持されている。耐火被覆保持部材13は、幹部と、幹部に対して所定の間隔で分岐する枝部とを有する。梁3(ウェブ3a)から突出する梁補強金具11の外周部には、耐火被覆保持部材13の幹部が巻き付けられ、耐火被覆保持部材13が梁補強金具11に固定される。また、枝部は、梁補強金具11の内周面に配置された耐火被覆材5の内周面側に折り曲げられる。【選択図】図3
